Take it to the chevrolet dealer. if the vehicle only has 39 miles on it it will be covered under warranty unless they suspect someone tried to get into your vehicle than you may have to go through your car insurance and body shop. i'd start at the service department first. it should be ready in about an hour. good luck. as to cost it will probably cost you nothing.
