2004 Chevy Aveo New coil pack not firing

2004 Chevy Aveo 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My Chevy Aveo will not start the engine will not turn over. I thought it was the coil pack because I didn't get sparks on the first contact where the spark plug cable connected. I replaced the coil pack and the engine still will not start but now with the new coil pack none of the contact spark when I pull off the spark plug cable. need help!

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs,coil's resistances,cap and rotor,distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing.
