Whenever I placed the vehicle in Drive, and start to move forward (or backward), there is a very noticeable 'squeeking noise. I was told that it was my "u-joint", but I do not know what that means.

I have had a CV-joint problem before (with another vehicle), but I need to know if this is something that I need to get fixed IMMEDIATELY ?......The noise is very distracting, and should not be occuring on an automobile that is THIS new.......

Thank you for your assistance ![img:fe78e08c5c]http://www.2carpros.com/forum/automotive_pictures/501103_SANY4641_1.jpg[/img:fe78e08c5c]

first of all thats a bad azzz truck. secondly the u joint bushings are probably dried and cracked, causing the squeek, I dont think it is absolutely and emergency to have it replaced, but it does need to be addressed.

Thank you for the compliment !

I am trying to keep it running correctly (you know that anything man-made is entitled to break).....

That noise is driving me nuts, and I do not want to drive this truck into the ground like I did my Suburban

Thank you for your assistance - I appreciate your time !
