2004 Chevy Avalanche Do I need shocks

My truck sways when I drive it. It feels like I am in a boat. Do you think it could be my shocks? Or something else.

try bouncing each corner of the truck and let off. see how many times the truck bounces by it self. any more than 2 times you need shocks. can you tell if they are leaking or not?
