I have a chevy astro mini van 1999, how can I change the fuel pump? it has 160,000 miles

You'll need to drop the tank to do so, are you prepared for that?

IF so what is the undercarraige, like, clean or rusty?

Up here in the north they get pretty crusty from the salt.
