Astro van a/c blowe

I have a 1997 Chevy Astro van with 92000 miles. The A/C blower will only blow in the high setting. All dash blowing positions work fine, i have already been through the vacuum line problem. What can I do to fix the blower speed selector?

replace the resistor. also it wouldn't hurt to replace the blower motor too. i've ran into a situation where on 97 astro's, the blower motor will short out the resistor. replace both. kill 2 birds with 1 stone. you'll have less headaches later.
