2000 Chevy Astro AWD light

Service AWD indicator light is on in the dash. What does this usually mean? Change transfer case fluid, transmission fluid? Some other component?

What is happening here is that the van is telling you something is wrong with the AWD system. This could be a speed sensor a module unit or? So what needs to be done is have it scanned and see what codes are present so we can try to see what the van is telling us. I would check with you local parts stores first to see if one of them does a free scan and take it there and get the codes. Let me know what you find.

Our 2000 has been a non stop headache from day one. I dont personally think the 2000 was a good year.
