1999 Chevy Astro rear brake lock up

i have checked all the brakes, nothing out of the ordinary. replaced rear drums. then bled the system. worked fine for 4 months, now if i just touch the brake pedal, the rear rt. side lockes up. solid.

Does it do it all the time or is it worse in damp weather and at first in the AM?

no it comes and goes. weather doesn't seem to matter.

Either the drums and shoes are glazed, or there is a leak at the wheel cylender or the axle seal.
