The front ac blows "cool" air, the rear ac blows cold air. AC gague shows plenty of pressure, replaced the orifice tube thinking it was clogged, didn't change symptom. the front fryer is warm, rear evaporator is sweating as it should. I did not change the drier, simply because if I have to do this again,,,, could the drier be clogged?

Yes, the dryer could be plugging up and not allowing proper flow.

Thanks Guys, I haven't yet replaced it but soon will.
In another 1994 s-10 truck. I had replaced accumulator, compressor, in line orifice valve/strainer. Worked great for 1.5 years, started making a slight noise coming from the compressor. Now sounds like the compressor has no oil at all. Opened system up, flushed, replaced orifice tube, refilled, still horrible noise from compressor. It starts out very low, but in 30 seconds sounds like the thing is coming apart. It actually blows pressure out of the back of the compressor,
New compressor????

Wasn't the dryer, tried to flush the front unit as well. The tubing just below the orifice tube/ strainer is freezing cold, still barely cool coming out of the unit and going into the dryer?? Oh well i give, i will look into replacing the front coil one day,
