1999 Chevy Astro blower motor

I have a 99 Chevy astro and the heater does not work on High. I also have a 94 chevy astro and the High on the blower is on a seperate fuse by the battery. Is there a seperate fuse for the high on the 99 astro and if so were is it located..

For the front blower motor, the main voltage for the high speed, comes the ac maxi fuse 30 amp, underhood fuse relay center. There is a relay that has to be energized for the high speed voltage.
