Get the glovebox/drink holder unbolted with the 2 - 13 millimeter nuts on the floor and the 2 - torx 30 on the sides and rip the glovebox out of it's plastic clip retainers (not to far because you have to unplug the cigarette lighter and accessory power feed plug.)

You do not have to remove the whole dash, but you may have to take out a couple screws at the driver's door end of the dash surround. Just flex it out from plastic keepers and only about half way across to the center. This does not disturb the instrument cluste on the main dash console for speedometer, etc.

Rip the surround from around the radio area from it's plastic keepers.

By the way, lots of Astros have stereo wires for the rear but no speakers. The rear speaker plug you want is under the floormat where the speedometer cable comes through the floor. There will be a 10 wire plug. The 4 wires you want will all be in a row. LR+ is yellow, Left common is brown, RR+ is dark blue, Right common is light blue (maybe with a dark blue stripe).

Good Luck
