Hi:
You need to remove the door panel to gain access to the window trac and linkage. I don't have step by step instructions for you, you may be able to get them from a repair manual. Regardless, you need to slid the new window into the window track, and there is an adheasive you need to get to keep the glass in the trac. You should be able to get it at any parts store.
