1997 Chevy Astro replacing power steering pump

I am not able to remove the bolts on the back of the power steering pump. i am trying to replace the pump due to broken shaft in old pump. is there away tio remove theese bolts

will have to remove hood latch and upper radiator fan shroud. then use pulley remover to remove pulley from pump shaft. then remove a/c compressor to access the PS pump bolts.

Don't need to take off a/c compressor to access bolts. Manual does not indicate that it needs removal.
