My friend thinks that my master cylinder faulty because the rear drum brakes wear unevenly. The left wheel wears faster than the right wheel even after the shoes are replaced. The front rotors and the pads were already replaced also. Could the master cylinder cause uneven fluid pressure to the rear wheels?

Master cylinders don't normally cause that type of problem. You probably have your parking brake cable hanging up and causing this. You may have to get a new cable so the brakes will release all the way. It could also be your adjusters are worn out on that side. Especially with the age and mileage on your vehicle. If you do decide to chang ethe adjusters make sure to get the kit and do both sides as the kit is all the springs,adjusters, and everything you need to replace it all..
