Electrical problem
1993 Chevy Astro All Wheel Drive Automatic
battery is fully charged. Put new serpintine belt on. When I turn the key all I get are dash lights, head lights but no engine start noise. Side post battery terminals all tight and securely fastened. Neg post grounded to frame tightly. Where should I try next???
