How do you know if your leaf spring bushings are bad. My rear axel moves. Is this why??

Hi William,
You can check by jacking the vehicle up using the frame and till the weight is off the Leaf Springs but wheels are still on ground. Then try moving the leaf spring if it moves freely the yes the bushing are bad.
If doen't look at the axle were it is U-Bolted to Springs. Are they loose or broken...
