1992 Chevy Astro axle to the leaf spring

The axle some how broke loose from the leaf spring and the passenger side wheel move toward the rear panel and the drive shaft fell out. I can't tell how this is broken. it looks like the bracket that wraps around the leaf spring is broken. how can this be fixed. Do i need to buy a new axle or is this repairable.
