Check engine lights and multiple codes?

So, i brought this project car and i replaced the motor because the previous one seized. i did the first start today and i got these engine codes:
P0036
P0019
P0018
P0036
P0304
P0306
P0305

I'm not worried about the 02 sensors codes but i am the misfires and camshaft. now the camshaft sensors are both replaced and i also replaced the crank, so I'm thinking it could be wiring are those all on the same wiring diagram? I'm wondering if the injectors and harness is connected but prior to putting the wiring harness on i did check for any apparent shorts. I could have missed it, the misfires i think could be just new spark plugs and coils im not as worried about them i just ordered some online and will have them next week. The ones i need help with is the camshaft and crankshaft? Also my secondary air or EGR whatever Audi calls it isn't hooked up its blowing because my hoses were brittle and snapped i also ordered those. could it all just be related? I'm not familiar with Audi. When i start it you can hear it missing.

The misfire is not good, I would replace the spark plugs and coil like you said. Also, I would clear the codes and then without cranking the engine over run the codes again to see which one comes up first. These will be the codes we should repair first.

P0036 - O2 Sensor Heater Control Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2:

Okay. so, i cleared codes and p0018 and 19 came up i replaced the 2 camshaft sensors and crankshaft i am currently getting the same codes. what next?

Also isn't it weird that 4,6,5, are all on the same cylinder could that entire harness not be grounded?

Yes, that is possible, I would double check the main engine wiring harness ground. Also, the codes are for the crankshaft and camshaft correlation which can mean the timing chain is off or the oil control valves for the camshaft activation are not working or clogged with gunk. Also can the p0018 and p0019 set off the misfires?

Yes, it can, they don't show us where the grounds are so you will need to inspect the harness. I would remove the oil control valve for inspection. Please let me know.

Update: i pulled the engine, took the faceplate off and found the timing guide broke because it fell. How likely is it the valves are bent? And is there a way to check for bent valves without pulling the head?

Good find, to check the to see if the valve are bent you need to do a leak down test,

Is there any way to check for bent valves with the engine out of the vehicle and no way to turn the engine over.

The only way is to remove the camshafts and fill the ports with water to see if the level goes down.

My chain is completely off on the left bank. how do i manually move the camshafts?
