Check engine light codes?

So, it blinks 12 which is the start of the sequence, the 32 which is the code, then 55 which is the end of the code output.

32 - EGR solenoid circuit, open or short detected.

So I would check the EGR control valve solenoid electrical connector to see if the wiring or connector are damaged. If the wiring looks good change out the solenoid. Also, make sure the vacuum line is in good shape. Clear the codes by disconnecting the battery once you find and repair the problem. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes

Do u have a procedure on how to replace this egr valve if this is what I need to do

It looks pretty straight forward, remove the electrical connector and then mounting bolts then the vacuum lines. Let me know if you have troubles.

Yep, that is is what it looks like. Be sure to clear the codes once the repair is completed.
