Check engine code diagnosis?

Changed plugs, moved coils, changed coils. P0301, sometimes multiple (P0300, p0301, p0303, rarely with p0302 but never p0304). Multiple codes Freeze Frame gives weird values with code P0008 (picture attached). Single code FF normal values. No audible misfire, except possibly at startup. I have more pictures with emissions tests, and other parameters but apparently only allowed one. Most of the time codes are set at low speeds when starting out. Where do I start?

This seems like the PCM is going bad because I have never seen the air temperature and coolant temperature be at -40 also the short and long trim at -100%. I would try checking the PCM grounds and check all fuses as well and if okay I would get a pre-programmed PCM. Here are the wiring diagrams and a guide to help you with the testing.

Is there anything else that could cause the issues that I am having with the abnormal/impossible Freeze frame values that I am getting? You didn't mention the P00008 code shown on the freeze frame, what does this code indicate/mean?
I have checked the ground and even added an extra ground wire from the engine to the body. I pulled the ECU to check/look at it but didn't notice anything. Checking on getting a different ECU but they appear to be very expensive.

Maybe something is wrong with your scanner. There is no p00008 code, there is an p0008 code though.

P0008: Engine Positions System Performance Bank 1

Can you try the scanner on another car to see if it acts strange?
