How to replace steering rack bushings?

I'm not sure which bushings you are referring to. Are you referring to the radial shaft bushing/seal?

Take a look at the attached pic and let me know if that is what you are referring to.

Okay, you are referring to the retaining plates.

I attached the directions for removal and replacement of the rack and pinion which include removal of the mounts. Take a look through them. You aren't replacing the rack, but the directions include the mounting/retaining plates. Note: This is for the complete removal and replacement of the rack and pinion. You will not need to perform everything.
