How to replace the clutch?

Can you provide some instructions?
Also, do i need to bleed the slave cylinder before installing it, if so, how?

Hello,

You will need to bleed the system after the install.
I have attached the clutch and slave cylinder replacement instructions below as well as bleeding procedure.

Please let me know if you need any other info like the transmission removal or any other information.

Can you tell me what the torque is for the flywheel bolts? Also, the new throw out bearing cane in pieces, do you know how to put it together? The boot, spring, bearing etc.

Flywheel bolts :80 Nm (59 ft. lbs.)

So, the throw-out bearing did not come already assembled? Anytime I did one it was ready to go. I will see if I can find some schematics.

Is the brake master cylinder also used for the clutch fluid on these cars? Dot3 i guess.

Yes, that is correct DOT 3 brake fluid gets used as the clutch fluid.

That is weird. So if the brakes develop a leak i would lose both brakes and clutch?

No, you do not lose both. If you have just a clutch issue, that is the only system affected.
