I changed the plugs and since I had to remove the intake manifold there is now a vacuum leak somewhere or I do not know. I checked but everything looks to be okay, but I can not figure out the problem. Any ideas?

I suggest using choke cleaner and spray around intake, you may have pinched a gasket or it should have been replaced when you reinstalled the intake.

Okay, thanks for your quick reply. So I spray choke cleaner until I find the leak also can I use some intake silicone over the metal gasket?

I would not use silicone as it messes up the O2 sensors. Replace the gaskets if bad.
