Nothing cranks, nothing turns, no fuel pump or lights

Everything is hooked up according to diagrams. Main power is live. Nothing cranks, nothing turns, no fuel pump or lights. Checked the basic fuses cannot find the short nor disconnect.

I attached the wiring diagram. Can you let me know what voltage you have on both red wires at the ignition switch and then what the voltage is on the wire coming out of the switch when in the on position?

If all we did was change the ignition switch then we have to be overlooking something so let's start at the beginning.
