changed the radiator, now the truck turns over, but will not start. Was advised to check spark plugs for liquid. Thought it might have been a head gasket. Plugs are dry. fuses are good. don't know what else to do please help!!!

Are you getting spark to the plugs and fuel to the fuel rail?

I believe there was spark to the plugs. My boyfriend took the plugs out and sand papered them to clean them up. I am not sure about the fuel to the rail. How do you check for that?

also was told that if there was an air bubble in the radiator when it was changed that this would prevent the truck from starting. Is this true?

Here is a video for checking fuel pump pressure. Also, make sure the spark to the plugs is a hot blue snapping spark.
