I broke my clock spring, and I replaced it my STS and EPS 2 malfunction, how do I clear them from my dashboard it says go to with shop?

Hi,
By chance, do you have the diagnostic trouble codes stored for these two items? I suspect it is going to require the correct software to reset, but I need to make sure.
Also, when the new one was installed, was it properly aligned? I attached the directions below. Take a look and let me know if that was done.
