Heater core replacement

Trying to replace heater core on the truck listed above. Watched YouTube videos but there are bolts I cannot get to. do these need to be removed or is there an easier way?

I am not sure what bolts you are referring too. Maybe get a video of what you are dealing with. I attached the procedure that is not extremely detailed but clearly tells you what needs to be removed.

Without knowing what bolts I am not going to be much help.
