Central locking has just stopped working

I have changed the battery in the key and still nothing. I’ve tried sitting in the car and pressing the key direct and the internal light and nothing . The internal lock work and I can lock the doors with the key . Also my hazard lights won’t turn off. I brought a new switch and still it still won’t turn off and had to jam with with a piece of cardboard. Please help!
