Passenger door on front does not lock on central locking

This vehicle isn't offered in the US, but I will try my best to help.

Does the door unlock via the central locking circuit? Also, have you removed the door panel to see if there is power being supplied to the actuator?

Since only one door is affected, chances are either the lock actuator has failed or there is a wiring issue at the door. So, if you haven't checked for power at the actuator, that is where I would start.
