Central lock from driver's door not working

Hi, I have a problem with locking a car from drivers door. Key won't lock the car from the outside, remote won't lock it, just unlock. Also locking button on drivers door won't lock just unlock. At the moment just locking the car with the button on passengers door. Fuses seems okay.

It sounds like the lock actuator had had a problem and needs to be replaced you will need to remove the door panel. this guide will walk you through the steps with diagrams below to show you how to remove the actuator on your car below:
