Center console A/C and radio controls not working

Can you take a look at these pictures and tell us which system you have and which components are not working?

Let us know which unit as most likely we will need to replace it. However, first we need to check fuse 14 and 30 behind the left side of the dash. If the systems are still working I doubt the fuse is the issue but we need to make sure. Let us know and we can go from there.

I have the option on the right hand side.

So we need to check the Accessory relay 2 and make sure we have power. Let's remove the relay and jump terminal 1 to 5 with a paper clip and then turn the vehicle on and see if the switch bank comes back on. If not, we need to check voltage on terminal 1 of the relay with the vehicle on just to make sure the BCM is sending power.
