My CD player wont read any CD's. It keeps saying read error. They are not scratched so what do I do?

It sounds like the player has gone bad. the easiest thing to do it replace it with an aftermarket or used unit. Here is how to do the replacement in the video (similar car) and in the diagrams below for your car:
