When I want to load My CD player it says full, so then I try to eject and nothing happens.

Okay, in the diagrams down below I have included the Lexus factory troubleshooting flowchart for not being able to eject a CD out of the stereo head unit. Please go through this guide and get back to us with what you are able to find out. You will have to use a multimeter, so I have included a link below for you to go to if you are unfamiliar with how to use one.
