Brought new and replaced, thermostat and gasket, radiator, radiator fan, water pump and gasket. Upper intake manifold and gasket, cleaned lower manifold and replaced gaskets, tension pulley, valve cover and gaskets. Yet my car is still overheating. Also my fan isn't active/doesn't turn on. Any ideas of what to do next??

The fan not coming on is most likely the issue that is causing this to overheat.

You have two fans, one that will be on when the A/C is on and the other that will come on when the engine is hot.

I would suggest starting with checking for power at both fans when the engine is hot and if there is no power then swap out the relays after you check both fuses.

I attached the wiring diagram and fuse layout for you to check.

Please let us know if you have questions and what you find with the fuses and relays. Thanks
