Will not turn over

True the ignition it cranks and cranks but won't catch then cuts out. Sounds like a exhale. Brand new battery. I don't think it could be electrical everything is working.

It could be a few different things. For an engine to run, it needs fuel, ignition spark, compression, correct timing, and air. Take any of them away and it won't run.
