Every time I want to start my car, I have to disconnect the negative terminal and reconnect it. Otherwise, all of the lights will turn on, but the car will not start. I've recently had the starter replaced and everything was working fine up until this point. Any way I can fix the issue, so I don't have to keep disconnecting and reconnecting my battery just to start my car?

Good morning,

The ECM is seeing a fault somewhere in the starting system. Can you check and see if there are any codes set in the system?

By removing the cable, you are making the ECM forget the code for that moment, but the fault is still there.

I attached a diagram for you to view the system. You will need a voltmeter or test light to do some pinpoint testing when it will not start to determine the location of the failure.

So, I think I've narrowed the issue down to the anti-theft system. When I first put in my keys, it will start up no issue, as many times as needed, until I take the keys out and try to put them in and start it again. When I take them out and try again the anyone theft system light comes on, but I do not know a fix for this.

Okay, try a security reset.
