While driving at fifty mph speedometer went haywire all lights on dash board went haywire. The car turned off in middle of highway i was able to steer a little to pull over. The car was off completely with no lights or radio then after replacing battery and fuse car turns on and lights an radio, but will not start. i am not able to shift gear to neutral it is locked in park and car will not click over what could this be?
