Cranks does not start and codes P2101 and P2100

I have dtc P2101 P2100. Also if i could have a pin out diagram and guide to test bot harness and throttle body using a voltage multimeter.

I am attaching the testing that we need to run through but I suspect you have a wiring issue given the other codes that you have as well. Clearly that is a guess but the only way to figure this out is to run through the testing and see what turns up.

Well, everything to get the car started is just perfect. But i keep having no start condition. So on the images i forwarded, you can see the previous DTC and the current DTC after replacing the ETC body. Code p0603 shows up to check ground battery terminal or low battery or ECM failure. Maybe i direct ground wiring can help if i could have diagram.
