Car will not start?

I had trouble starting the vehicle, replaced the starter and then after some research I replaced the ABS control module. Now the traction control light, Stabil Trak service light and check engine lights are all on. Now when I try to crank the vehicle it will turn over, but it won't fire up and start. I own a single-member LLC Auto Repair Shop. I recently purchased a MDI2 with a laptop that has tech2win software, I'm still unable to program the module, and can't get the vehicle to fire up.
