It sure sounds like a problem with your vehicle's wiring and/or fuse panel to me. I think that the issue with the no start could possibly be your ignition switch. The fuse panel is a separate issue, but I have included in the diagrams down below a wiring diagram of your vehicle's starting system as well as a diagram with call out of the junction block fuse panel and a general electrical wiring troubleshooting guide in the diagrams below.I have also included factory diagnostic test procedures for your vehicle's ignition switch. Please go through all these guides and get back to us with what you are able to find out.
