Hey SUAVE523.

These cars had a big problem with the fuel pumps going out, when you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over do you hear the fuel pump come on in the tank for 5 seconds? it could be the crankshaft angle sensor as well

This guide will help you get the problem fixed.

Engine cranking, did you visually check for spark at the spark plugs? Did you use a gage and check proper fuel pressure? Also, check to see if pressure holds for a bit with everything off.

Can you check for fuel injector pulse? Can you check applicable trouble codes ? To check codes yourself, at the least, you need an obd2 code reader.

I'm not sure I understood your post?

ok, if all the cylinders are 80 then there is a good chance you have a failed timing chain.

My timing chains were replaced back in 2014 so I wouldn't think they would go bad again already

Do a wet comp test to see if the rings are actually the cause of the low compression.

My car will not start. The instrument panel illuminates, but the car will not turn over. I replaced the battery for the first time about three months ago. I notice that there is a high pitched ringing coming from two wiring harnesses that lead into the radiator. I do not know if those have been drawing power from the battery overnight, but does that sound like a fixable problem? Thank you!

2008 GMC Acadia - cranks but won’t start - mechanic replaced fuel pump relay because of error code being displayed - took back after 1 week - he did full check and found a corroded wire leading to fuel pump under driver seat - he said it would be about $600 + but bypassed corroded wire and did not charge me due to fuel pump being misdiagnosed
