Hello,

The radio is designed to come on when your ignition switch is in either run or start, so when you start your vehicle it should come on.I have included a wiring diagram for your vehicle's stereo in the diagrams below. I have highlighted the two fuses for your stereo and above is when voltage is present. Your vehicle not starting could be a problem with it's Crankshaft Position Sensor (CKP). Your vehicle's Power-train Control Module (PCM) or "computer" uses this signal to determine where your engine is in it's four stroke cycle and tells the spark plugs when to fire based on this signal. If there is no signal then your vehicle will not start. Your vehicle's CKP is located on the left rear of the engine, just below the oil filter. I have included a diagram of it's location in the diagrams down below for you. I have also included a link for you to go to below.

Please go through this guide and get back to us with what you find out.
