Car won’t start just one loud click when I turn the key. Changed the battery and starter. what else could it be?

Hi,
If the starter is new, battery terminals are clean and tight, and the starter is new, the engine could be locked up. Is the sound loud enough for you to record and upload for me to hear?
Do me a favor. first, check the coolant level. If it's low, let me know. Next, I need you to try to turn the engine by hand. Basically, I need you to locate the crankshaft pulley (passenger side) at the bottom of the engine. It is where the serpentine belt is driven. See pic 1 below. Take a socket and breaker bar and see if you can turn that pulley.
Let me know the results.
