Okay, this one has me baffled the car has new fuel pump, filter, relay, injectors, cam, crank sensors, plugs, coils, wires, fuel pressure regulator, idle air control valve, map, timing belt, and ECM. Both heads have been reworked. problem is after the cams are placed on there marks crank on TDC manually turning or starter turning the engine every thing ends up perfectly on its mark and it has ran beautifully, but when it is shut off it will not start. Acts like it out of time, but the marks are on the money. So what is it?
