Welcome to 2CarPros.
Most times, it is either a fuel or ignition related issue. I need you to try something. See if starts for a couple seconds using starting fluid. If it does,. then it is a fuel related issue even though you hear the pump. If it doesn't, then it is ignition related.

Here are the manufacturer's specs for fuel pressure:
Fuel line pressure .................... 375 - 450 kPa [3.9 - 4.5 kgf/sq.cm, 55 - 65 psi]
If it doesn't start with starting fluid, check for spark.
