Car will not shift from second to third

Will shift good from first to second but from second to third it will not shift, the rpm's rise as you give it gas.

It sounds like the clutches are burnt up inside the transmission. Can you pull the fluid dipstick and smell the fluid? Also, check the color you will be able to tell what is going on inside the unit from the fluid. Please get a picture of the fluid condition and describe the smell. Thanks for the video it really helps.
