Will not move in any gear

This sounds like a pump issue or another pressure related issue.

The place to always start with these issues is to check the fluid level and condition.

If the fluid level is correct and in good condition, then we need to check the codes and see if we have any.

If we have no codes, then we need to move onto checking the pressure in the unit.

I am attaching all this info from the manual. Once we know what the pressure is in reverse and drive then we will know what next steps to take.
