After changing the transmission fluid car will not move

I would bet this is just low on fluid. I attached the process from the manual below on how to refill and check the fluid.

When you filled the fluid and then started the engine to warm it up and check it, did you run it through the gears a bunch of times and then check it? If not, we need to do that and then add fluid.
