Car wobbles very bad

We had brand new tires put on, new rims, new tie rods, and had an alignment done and still the car shakes violently. It shook straight from low to high speeds and only subsides slightly between 55 and 65 but doesn't fully stop. It also doesn't seem to shake much when braking but we had rotors looked at anyway. I don't think its axle or CV since there is no crunching or grinding sound with it at all. This model is the supercharger, not sure if that helps. No other major problems so far except the horrible shaking. And we have tried and done all our mechanics have recommended to no avail.

When this is doing it, does the vehicle shake and not the steering wheel or does the steering wheel shake violently which causes the vehicle to shake?

If it is in the steering wheel then that is most likely the front wheels, if not it is most likely the rear. At this point we should measure runout on all four wheels, rotors, and then hubs.

Basically this is most likely caused by something that is out of round and measuring run out will tell us where it is coming from.

Did this happen before the wheels and tires or did you replace those trying to repair this?

Thank you. It seems more like it's the steering wheel itself shaking, but it's hard to tell. We did replace all of those items mentioned above (tires,tie rods, etc.) in attempt to remedy the problem but it hasn't done anything as of yet and that is why we are reaching out for assistance. We were thinking our next option will be replacing steering linkage or suspension. I am not fully familiar with the run out, but it seems worth a shot if it will work.
