Car will not start

The car stopped when auto transmission temperature light came on. It remains on when trying to start engine. Please can you assist.

check trans fluid then scan for codes.

The fluid was low but now topped up is there a switch to take warning light off ? How can I get it to start ?

codes have to be removed by a scanner try resetting yoru security system if you have one then check fuses and relays like pgm or main pcm relay
